Public Portfolio Page & Privacy Settings

Your public portfolio page is a shareable page where galleries, curators and collectors can see your work. You decide whether it exists, who can reach it, and whether people can write to you through it. This guide covers those choices and how to share the result.

Choosing who can see it

Open the portfolio's settings and find Visibility & Access. Portfolio Visibility has three settings:

• Public - Visible to everyone. Anyone can open it.
• Unlisted - Only accessible via direct link. It works for anyone you send the link to, and it is not listed anywhere.
• Private - Only visible to you. Nobody else can open it, and there is nothing to share.

Unlisted is the right answer more often than people expect. It lets you send a specific curator a link without publishing an unfinished body of work to everyone.

Below the visibility setting:

• Enable Discovery allows your portfolio to appear in public discovery listings. Turn it off to keep a public portfolio reachable by link without it being listed.
• Default Portfolio marks which portfolio is your main one when you keep more than one.
• Enable Contact Form puts a contact form on the page.

Your address

A public or unlisted portfolio needs a public profile handle before it has an address to share. Claim your handle in your profile settings, then your portfolio is reachable at an address built from your handle and the portfolio's own slug.

The share control tells you when something is missing. A private portfolio's share control simply says it is private and points you at the setting to change.

You can also give a portfolio its own Custom URL Slug in its settings, which is worth doing if you keep several and want their addresses to read clearly.

Linking to a single piece

Every artwork also has its own public page, so you can link somebody to one piece rather than the whole portfolio. Use it in an email or an application where a specific work is the point.
