Ethereal Afternoon started out as an exercise on painting negative space. The colors led me to create a dreamy scene with one of my favorite subjects (cats).
Cassia Chipman is a self-taught New Hampshire artist whose work spans painting and illustration. She has exhibited in the Manchester area and beyond, including shows such as the Rochester Museum of Fine Arts' "Kaleidoscope," and is part of the Mosaic Art Collective community.
