About This Work

This is a stone Mosaic wall hanging infused with recyclable materials including discarded roof tiles, rusted scrap metal, bits of concrete slab and bottle cap. These are things I picked up outside from street work, home renovations or just found on a walk. Other materials include Raku pottery shards, Italian glass and gold smalti, shell bits, vintage tiles and gold glass globs. All stone is hand cut by artist.
