Shattered... is rendered in Soft Pastels on UArt320 Panel. The reference photo for this splash was taken in October on 2019 on Shore Road in Ogunquit, Maine. I was on my way to visit The Ogunquit Museum of American Art and had to stop to capture the churning surf. The Rough water and breakers were from the aftermath of a storm farther south. In the course of no longer than 10-15 minutes I captured 195 photos and videos. I keep returning to this cache for the moment a breaker makes impact and all the water droplets and mist capture the spectrum of light.
